    Terrible customer service

    Summary: Service has degraded more and more over time. I'm looking for a new provider. Asking for a new server and waiting 24 hours is unacceptable.

    Positive: Bandwidth is decent, uptime is good. If it weren't for their terrible service, I'd recommend them.

    Negative: I've been with this company for 10 years but in the last few, since they were absorbed by another company, they don't take care of their customers.
