    Summary: The app works very fast, has a widespread agency network and is very easy to use. Costs are also very low or free for merchant payments and it is acceptable on any mobile or computer platform, both online and offline.

    Positive: Supports all computer and mobile phones brands and on all OS varieties.
    Works both online and offline.
    Easily accessible.
    It has the highest usability score of any payment platform due to its accessibility by all businesses.
    It also has the most robust feature of any platform I've used namely; funds transfer, withdrawals & deposits, loans & overdrafts, savings with interests, insurance, interbank transfers, merchant pay bills and tills, branchless banking, online and offline support at M-PESA agents.

    Negative: Lacks a robust international network which limits its accessibility beyond Eastern Africa.
