LongRange Description

The LongRange Mobile App Builder is based on the two fundamental principles of a quick time-to-market, and a reasonable total cost-of-ownership. These are both crucial for IBM i Development sites that are constrained by budgets, time constraints, and resource limitations. With your existing development tools and your RPG, COBOL or CL expertise, you can deliver mobile applications to a user base quickly and maintain and extend them at a minimal cost. LongRange, a native mobile application, is downloaded from the App Store, just like Twitter, Skype and Salesforce. It executes as a Native App, very quickly and with rock-solid stability. It is not a server-based web app and does not rely on the web browser to deliver data to a mobile phone. It doesn't rely on HTML and JavaScript, like a hybrid application.
