Summary: In general, it is a software that is comfortable and intuitive. It also has a guided help option which makes the work easier.
Positive: The functionality that I liked the most is the one to make discounts and promotions. Also the fact that you can activate and deactivate banners.
Negative: The functionality I didn't like is that the support takes a long time to reply.

Summary: I have been using the software for two decade, so I guess they are doing a good job. LogiCommerce is easy to use, the back office is great and I love the dashboard and all the reports you can generate for products, sales, customers, etc... Creating products is very simple, I also love their drag and drop feature. The integration with my ERP was simple, they helped until it worked perfect. I also use third party software with LogiCommerce such as Doofinder search tool.
Positive: Very intuitive and easy to use software. The support team is fantastic. Creating new categories and products is very easy. Easy to manage thousands of products. Drag and drop feature.
Negative: To be honest don't have any cons. As I say, I have been using LogiCommerce for about 20 years, I am really happy with the software.

Summary: 10 years ago we wanted to start selling products online. Trilogy offered us their LogiCommerce software. They helped us at all times and continue to help us improve when doubts arise.
Positive: LogiCommerce is easy to use. You can add and manage products in a very easy and intuitive way. If you have any doubts, you can contact the technical service that will always help you with everything you need.
Negative: After 10 years of using LogiCommerce we have no complaints. It allows you to easily sell and track orders while informing customers of the order status at all times.

Summary: In general, the platform is quite simple and has allowed us to efficiently integrate our product catalog and being able to display BTB and BTC on the same platform.
Positive: The Backoffice is very powerful and its interface is very friendly. The customization system is very powerful and adaptable to the needs of the company.
Negative: Limit of API requests per second very short. It does not allow language variants.

Summary: It has helped us with the growth of our project, it allows you to keep track of all the KPIs of an eCommerce. It is a scalable platform, with a short learning curve.
Positive: I would highlight its usability and ease of use. The platform's backoffice has helped us to be more agile and save time in management. The LogiCommerce software allows a very short learning curve and that is very important when hiring new staff.
Negative: We are very satisfied with the service offered by LogiCommerce.

Summary: We have been working with LogiCommerce for some time and we are happy with the ease of management of its BackOffice and Integrations with third parties.
Positive: Perhaps most importantly, it is scalable, if your business volume grows it can be adapted to your needs.
Negative: We have no negative aspects to highlight because it's easy to use and the interface is friendly.

Summary: When we started with LogiCommerce, it was very easy to learn how to use the Back Office as it is super intuitive. We were able to quickly integrate our catalog with different Marketplaces, such as Amazon, Aliexpress and Spartoo. Thanks to the Feed Manager of LogiCommerce we could also integrate with other portals such as Facebook and Instagram. These and many other functions such as the dashboard and reports helped us to focus 100% on the growth of our business. After 5 years with LogiCommerce, we can say that we would always choose LogiCommerce as eCommerce platform for our Business.
Positive: Compared to other platforms, LogiCommerce convinced us by far for its functionality and usability (Front), as well as for its advanced features and ease of use (Back Office).
Negative: From our experience there is no negative aspect. We are very happy.

Summary: Overall a really great experience that allow us to focus on the growth of our business. The platform has a lot to offer with all its functionalities and since it is SaaS we don't have to worry about updates and upgrades.
Positive: The Learning curve was extremely rapid which allowed us to quickly adapt to LogiCommerce since it is so intuitive. It allows us to manage our eCommerce operations seamlessly.
Negative: We are very happy with LogiCommerce! meets expectations.

Summary: It could be said that the growth of our project can be attributed to the capabilities of the LogiCommerce software and the strategic and business vision of the Berneda brothers.
Positive: It is a powerful, reliable and pioneering SaaS platform in the ecommerce sector originally from Spain.
Negative: We did not find any cons on the platform besides some lack of direct integrations with couriers like UPS.

Summary: Bad experience, they promised us that everything would be easy and fast and everything is difficult and slow. Would not recommend.
Positive: It can be customised, but it is very expensive to do custom development. Integration and implementation was very complicated.
Negative: Interface not very usable, difficult at the level of layout for a non-technical user, very limited, bad communication, slow in resolving bugs and doubts (everything works with ticketing system). It is also very expensive.
