    Summary: Terrible, do not use. I must confess I was caught up by the marketing but in fact the whole product is a scam.

    Positive: The marketing looks much better than what it delivers. The quality of the video delivered is very poor. Do not subscribe.

    Negative: There is a .99 cents 3 day trial period, but it does not recognise cancellations. So you end up stuck in 19.99 USD monthly subscription...and even if you end your account the subscription continues....and I have had to cancel the credit card to stop it.

    Summary: Below zero. Horrible. Didn’t even get to use it. Was charged two months worth during trial period a day after signed up.

    Positive: I signed up for a trial- I believe 3 days. I was charged 19.99 on day 3 after signup. It should have been after day 3 not on day 3. From what I gathered online, it appears a month may cost only 9.99. At any rate it was still during the trail period!!! Update: it appears I actually cancelled earlier as well because when I logged into app it said restore account. Absolute THIEVES. Disputing with my bank!

    Negative: Liars, con artists, THIEVES!! Literally!!! I am disputing the charge. They need to be removed from the web!!!

    Summary: They are scammers, the ai sucks, you have to go through hoops to cancel, the support doesn't respond. I signed up for a free trial on the web version, so no it is not App Store issue (which is the only thing they say to these types of complaints). I followed the directions to go to Zotlo to cancel and I can’t sign in, also red flag because why do I have to go to another companies website to cancel for Lisa AI. THEY WONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR MESSAGES ON THE SUPPORT CHAT!!!

    Positive: It absolutely sucks!!! I hated everything about this and they won’t respond to me about cancelling my subscription!!!
