E-filing, or electronic filing, refers to the process of submitting documents electronically through the Court’s designated e-filing system, distinctly excluding submissions via fax or email. This system has been sanctioned by both county and state authorities to facilitate the exchange of e-filing submissions between users and the Court. To enhance user experience, we have developed a streamlined e-filing interface that allows for quick and simple submissions on a single screen. Additionally, we offer a variety of complimentary features, including PDF conversion, automatically file-stamped documents sent with acceptance notifications, case summary views, detailed activity reports ideal for client billing, and electronic service options. Beyond our e-filing services, we also provide personal service alternatives, such as process serving, email-to-e-file, physical document filing, and document pickup, available for an extra fee.
