Summary: Apart from the incredibly poor content that CourseAI generates, the whole experience is very sadly lacking as well.

Firstly, the free trial rolls on into a paid subscription which is not made obvious at any point. This information is buried deep in a Q&A section and a list about product features and is most certainly NOT mentioned in the email you receive when you sign up.

Secondly, once payment has been taken customer services refuse to refund the payment despite the lack of transparency in their terms. To make matter worse, I have received no credits to the account either.

Overall, this company feel like chancers with a truly terrible product and an even worse after sales service.

Positive: Nothing. It is incredibly bad at doing what it states it can and the after sales is terrible as well.

Negative: Poor return from the language generator, especially as they claim that what they create can be used as an ongoing revenue stream as courses. The reality is CourseAI parses the most basic of responses and claims that it will be a sellable course. As a marketing training professional I would be laughed out the room if I tried to present what they generate.

It would be better to use Chat GPT and custom craft the course you want so you have complete control and can get useful, interesting content to present.
