    Summary: Has great customer support with one team whom we got to know and trust. They even take weekend and evening calls, PERSONALLY. Fantastic. Low cost. High value! FANTASTIC!

    Positive: After all the research and programs we "tried" that were too much or too little, too complicated or not customizable, we finally found Lead Commerce which is totally customizable, detailed at any level a customer needs -- or does not need.

    I would NEVER recommend nor use this company.... they would not refund our money for TERRIBLE service

    Summary: Do not recommend under any circumstance.

    They spend all their money on sales reps and very little on the software they sell.

    Let the buyer beware!

    Positive: Their sales team promised a lot....And the software delivered very little.

    I do not recommend them at all.

    Negative: We just cancelled today. And they would NOT give us our money back for the worst month of performance ever.

    I definitely do NOT recommend this company.

    We have been using this service for over 3 years.... However... Over the past couple months we have nothing but technical glitches, broken promises from their company reps, and full on power outages where the software simply did not work. The software is slow, not user friendly.... and breaks down quite a bit.

    And what's worse, they would not give us a refund from the last month.... and we hardly used it at all since it was so glitchy.

    We now use Shopify fulfillment and it works great for a fraction of the cost.

    Definitely would never recommend nor use them ever again.

    Lead Commerce records show no customer with a name of Jeremy E in any client files as a COO of any company. Some people try to reduce a score to make a competitive advantage for their business. There is no case of a small company (this record showed size as 1-25) that has ever paid "tens of thousands" in six months (or six years) at Lead Commerce.
