    Summary: Pretty good experience, it continues to be updated daily and they intend to position themselves as the number 1 app, although for me, it already is.

    Positive: The interface is quite intuitive, guiding you through the entire process so you can improve your placement in the different LLMs. Just let it work and follow its instructions.

    Negative: The price can be a bit high if you don't use the app as a service and then sell it.

    Summary: This is one of those tools I didn’t know I needed until I tried it. If your business relies on being discoverable online and you think people are starting to rely on AI for answers, then it’s worth checking out.

    Positive: - It’s very eye-opening to see which brands are mentioned by AI tools in response to real questions. Sometimes we rank well on Google, but the AI doesn't even mention us and this helped us realize that gap.

    - The alerts for inaccuracies are super useful. We’ve caught a couple of incorrect descriptions of our product and flagged them internally.

    - It’s surprisingly easy to use.

    Negative: - It’s still a relatively new concept, so not everyone on our team “gets” why we need to track this yet. But once you see the data, it clicks.
