While the integration options are not yet extensive, its core features are strong, and support has been responsive. For teams looking for a pragmatic, no-nonsense CRM, Ledsak offers excellent value and productivity gains.

    Positive: Ledsak’s greatest strength is its automation capabilities — follow-ups, reminders, and lead assignment all run smoothly without needing constant manual intervention. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for new team members to adopt quickly. I also appreciated the WhatsApp integration and pipeline management, which give us real-time visibility into lead stages and help prioritize important prospects.

    Negative: The integration ecosystem is still somewhat limited; we would love to see more native connections to other tools like advanced marketing platforms or complex BI tools. The mobile app is functional but could use a usability upgrade to make navigation more seamless on the go.
