    Summary: The software just does not work at all! I’ve been trying for two days to use it. It takes my money but it will not give me the requested information! Someone has promised to get in touch with me for two days. Two different times, no one ever does!

    Positive: Nothing! I doesn’t work at all! The concept would be great! Someone should come up with something similar.

    Negative: It just doesn’t work! Takes your money but then gives an error message! When you try to report an error it also goes to an error screen. If you try to get help, it also goes to an error screen!
