Summary: Everyone is impressed when I tell them how Klickly works. The team wasn't pushy, but I still appreciate how hard they worked to get my business.

Positive: The team is great, the product is cool, and they were a delight in working with our unusual requests. They were quick to share some cool insights and help us craft the initial set up for meeting our goals.

Negative: The commission system is kind of complicated; but that's just the nature of giving the advertiser a lot of options to meet different goals.

Summary: Overall, I use Klickly for every brand I handle and will continue to use it no matter what. Their AI technology is a game changer and actually drives the new customers they say they can get you. It takes very little time out of my week and drives solid customers at a low cost. My account manager Riley has answered my calls at 2am to help me with questions or issues which is rare to find with any software. Good tech, good customer service and they don't BS you. Highly recommend to any performance marketing gurus out there!

Positive: The whole set up/ integration process is so seamless and easy. Like many performance marketers, I have a million platforms and things to handle on a daily basis so having a platform like Klickly has been a game changer. Setting up campaigns takes less than five minutes, they provide great data that is easy to access and their support team actually gets back to you. The ROAS you get from using Klickly is much better than most platforms and they actually drive legit cold new customers.

Negative: It takes a few months to ramp up volume is my only pain point but that's like most platforms I guess.

Summary: Our overall experience has been positive, and I would recommend Klickly to any online brand looking to grow DTC sales.

Positive: The team at Klickly has been phenomenal. The customer service and marketing teams do an excellent job of communicating what they are doing and have worked hard to help grow our online revenues. They are also very responsive to and understanding of our needs.

Negative: It took a bit of time to start seeing results, but it pays to hang in and let the team work their magic.

Summary: Overall, they have a fast-responding team, the platform is easy to use and you pay based on results, which is the best part of it. We'll continue using them.

Positive: Great team to work with, easy integration and trustworthy. The initial onboarding was very pleasant and within a week we were able to results from the campaigns.

Negative: Would like to scale faster but we understand these types of strategies take time.

Summary: Klickly has been amazing for us. It's helped us reach a whole new audience, funneling over a huge amount of traffic, and all at very affordable rates. And their customer service is top-notch - very responsive and super helpful. Very happy with our experience with them thus far.

Positive: Great exposure for our brand on a wide variety of websites. The cost is very reasonable and the customer service is very responsive.

Negative: Nothing so far. They've been great to work with and no complaints.

Summary: We set it up and had to tweak it within the first few months. After that, we've let it do its thing and it's brought thousands of dollars back into our brand. I think the platform has a bad rep since not many people can see the value it brings and it's easy to say that well Klickly didn't bring in that sale.

Overall, we've been with them for almost 2 years and have no complaints.

Positive: So at first, i was skeptical regarding Klickly since i thought it was re-purposing our paid media and claiming sales. However, as you browse the internet, you will start to see Klickly ads in the most random of places which acts as a very good re-targeting tool. After seeing the ads myself, I started to realize the value and now use this as one of our many remarketing tools. It's pretty much free remarketing traffic for warm/hot traffic.

Negative: I feel like there should be more documents on setting the commission. What we've noticed is that when we initially had it at 15%, we barely got any traffic or sales. As we started to fine-tune the numbers, we landed at 28% which got us a ton of traffic back onto the site but it took a few months of tweaking for us to figure that out. We also did some a/b testing which I feel should be encouraged more.

Summary: Great product, would recommend it to other brands! Great support from the team and excellent service!

Positive: Klickly’s dashboard is easy to navigate and very straightforward, however, when needed they do have wonderful hands-on support. We’ve been able to generate additional traffic and sales to our store from their vast network at a 5x ROAS. We’ve loved having this run alongside our other digital marketing efforts.

Negative: We haven't found any cons on this platform we love our experience with Klickly!

Positive: Klickly has been a great partner and lead gen for my business. We see additional sales every day from it.

Negative: No issues so far! It was pretty easy to set up and has been on autopilot since.

Summary: I could have walked down the street, giving away product, and made many more "sales" than Klickly did, and for less headache. STAY AWAY!!!!

Positive: Easy to set up, and the concept of sliding-scale commission and ROAS is very enticing. They are making me go up to 100 characters, but there is really nothing good to say about this company. Seriously, don't use them.

Negative: ROAS did not hold true. Klickly took credit for sales that we made separately -- through discount codes that we only emailed out, or ones that we only mailed to our mailing list, or even for an order that I created, from speaking with a customer over the phone and manually creating an order for a custom item that we do not even sell on our website. Furthermore, the sales that they made through their site had a hidden commission, that completely bypassed the 30% commission I had set up. They came with 100% commission. What a joke!

Summary: This is a scam.

Positive: Absolutely none at all. Wouldn't recommend. Looks good until you dig further and realize it's all lies.

Negative: Klickly falsely tags orders as coming from Klickly when they really came from Facebook, Instagram, or some other advertising source.

Summary: Regret. I would not recommend. Feel free to reach out if screenshots of the Company 'stealing' commission, by 'tagging' orders, specifically set out to entrap them.

Positive: Yes, the performance based commission was enticing, However...Klickly has not driven any NEW traffic to site.

Negative: ZERO click throughs from new potential customers. Klickly was tagging current customers of which HAD NOT came from an Ad.
