Positive: It is very easy to understand, its configuration is simple and it has nice customization options. It offers a large number of established connections from the API market. The connectivity is surprisingly efficient. The response time from the support team is very fast.
Negative: So far OmniConnect has worked perfectly, I have not detected any negative aspects to mention.
