    Summary: OmniConnect is entirely adaptable; its tools and APIs meet specific needs. Their technical support is excellent and fast. In addition, it has an enjoyable and understandable interface. You will not regret investing in time of use or money in this program. The OmniConnect team is always there to support us, constantly looking for improvements and solutions.

    Positive: OmniConnect allows us seamless access to all business resources hosted locally or in the cloud. This has driven us to innovation and financial development of our company.

    Negative: Perhaps there are particular aspects to improve, for example, having the possibility of accessing a free trial.

    Positive: OmniConnect offers excellent documentation for developers and end-users. It is fully scalable and reliable and can provide data when you need it, regardless of size.     Negative: It's hard to find something I don't like. For any questions or problems, the OmniConnect team is always available.

    Positive: OmniConnect supports high availability configurations with fault tolerance and has built-in load balancing. Other API-based adapters can be developed quickly, while the integration, user interface, and management functions remain.

    Negative: It wasn't easy to configure some features during the initial setup.

    Good customer service and support

    Summary: Overall the software works well and does the job. NXTsoft has courteous and professional support. Compared to some other vendors we have dealt with, they are quick to respond and help us with our requests.

    Positive: Customer service and support is helpful and timely. Anytime we've had issues we get pretty quick resolution. We also submit mapping updates fairly regularly and support is quick to respond and guide us through the process. The OmniPortal for support is also very organized and straightforward. I like the file sharing ability.

    Negative: We have occasional issues when updating fields in Admin Mortgage Loan Connector. Sometimes if we need to make updates to more than one field at a time, we have to compile and exit the database after the first field is updated, then log back in and update the next field, etc. If we don't do it this way the additional field can move or not stick. This issue may have been fixed, we haven't had multiple fields to update for a while.

    Good vendor to customer relationship

    Summary: Overall Provident Bank has a good working relationship with the OmniConnect team and looking forward to continued successful service.

    Positive: As a team member of Provident Bank and a user of the CCMC Connectors for loan exporting services, our team has a good working relationship with the NxtSoft team. When opening new tickets, I receive a communication fairly quick with an assigned heat # and an assigned Client Care Technician. All of which are knowledgeable and patient to assist working on the issues we experience. A pleasure to work with each of the techs.

    Negative: Cons relate to timing of how long issues are resolved. Which is twofold in some cases. Follow-up could use some improvement for scheduling future sessions on open issues.

    A decent product with several fintech integrations

    Summary: The API service is fantastic, so the overall experience in using OmniConnect has been really fine. Go for it.

    Positive: The whole platform is heavily customisable which is a great value add for any organization.
    It is cost effective than most of the other solutions available
    10/10 for customer service.

    Negative: I don't see any major cons, but the dashboard can be a little bit more simplified. Meaning, it has a lot of complex functions that are sometimes hard to comprehend.
