    Be very specific about what you expect from them.

    Summary: What was pitched to me was a marketing solution that did not involve me having to work(since I am running a business and I was paying for the "upgrade" where their team does the marketing). I was given a 3 month trial, but when 3 months was coming, I was not even breaking even in sales, so I tried to get a hold of someone to cancel.... Funniest thing, nobody answered for days... until I went over 3 months, and they started billing me for an additional 9 months. They claimed they never received my numerous voicemail and emails, but told me there was nothing I could do about it.

    So I went back to them and asked how can we actually hit some good sales. They said I would need to play a more direct role in the marketing, which honestly I could do without them and was the reason I hired a MARKETING COMPANY to begin with! But I did what they asked, and every Monday I would tell them what to send out, then send them verbiage and pics(basically all of the content). They would put it out and a few sales would come in. But if I missed that Monday meeting, they would not put any ads out that week. Towards the end, they were taking credit for sales that were not generated by their ads, and I left incredibly underwhelmed and with a lot less money than I went into the project with. I have asked for a refund countless times because the results I was guaranteed by Joe in the beginning were not even remotely met.

    Positive: Joe is a great salesperson. He will tell you everything you want to hear and more. Problem is, k launch will not deliver on his promises, and there is not a thing you can do about it.

    Also, Trystyn is sweet, and was a pleasure to work with.

    Negative: 1. They bamboozled me into a year long commitment when I tried canceling during my trial.

    2. They promised I would not have to do anything, yet any week I did not tell them exactly what to do, they would simply not put out any marketing, which doesn't affect them since they get the same amount from me whether they work hard or not.

    3. Nothing I love more as a customer then being blamed for a campaign not working(or not going out altogether). The customer is always wrong with Klaunch.

    4. Even when it worked, it did not work as well as a Facebook ad with a budget a tenth of the price.

    5. Did I mention I got completely swindled into a year long membership?
