Summary: They lied to the techs and get paid from their clients but don't pay the tech and dodge the techs on every call it's always emails that they don't answer don't use them they are a scam you have been warned!!!!
Positive: They lied a lot and dodge questions and it's never a supervisor or manager around, just some unwittingly type of rep on the phone.
They rob the techs causing customer property issues.Negative: They will use whoever their client is to get you in the door to set the customer up.

Don’t use this company Date: Feb 13 2024
Summary: Frustrating, irritating and the worst company ever. No customer service. Language barrier between, impossible to communicate. No show appointments, no call re no show. Have requested to never have to deal with them in the future. Want other people to know about their lousy service.
Positive: Nothing about this company is good. Would not recommend. Communication is non existent. Very long wait time if calling them. Techs don’t seem knowledgeable. Some techs do not speak English, use translator on phone to communicate. Some appointments were no show, no call to say they weren’t coming. I scheduled my life around them. The whole ordeal has been more than frustrating . Will no longer tolerate this.
Negative: The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My refrigerator ice make quit almost a year ago. Keepe was sent out from my home warranty company. It’s been a nightmare. DO NOT deal with Keepe.

Keepe Scamming Homeowners and Contractors Date: Dec 22 2023
Summary: Over all Keepe is a scam. There are way better alternatives to Keepe. I advise all contractors not to do business with Keepe. I advise all consumers to look for better alternatives.
Positive: They offer insurance for home appliances. Keepe is a middle man. Keepe purchases the cheapest insurance on the market and then resell it to their customers. It tends to be unreliable because Keepe is working with so many different insurance companies to provide their service.
Negative: I am a contractor that Keepe contacted to fix their customers furnace. Because of freezing temps, we prioritized Keepes customer. We diagnosed the issues with the customers furnace. We contacted Keepe for authorization to repair the furnace. Waited several hrs for a response from Keepe. No response came. Because of the freezing temps, we repaired the customers furnace anyways. Keepe finally responded 3 days later(in which time if not repaired, the customers house could have had all the plumbing frozen). Because we had repaired the furnace without authorization, Keepe refused to pay us for our services. They do everything possible to not provide service if needed.

Summary: Horrible still don't have a technician no food all throw in the garbage and I was told the insurance company will not paid for any of my losses. I won't be able to feed my family for Thanksgiving.
Positive: Nothing about this company is good I will not be renewing my contract. This company is so disrespectful I can't wait until the contract is over.
Negative: Still waiting on a technician to come out horrible experience have lost $750 worth of food have family here for thanksgiving and no food this company will be report to BBB I asked for the manager number and they refused to get it to me I asked for the owners number and they refused to give it to me. i was also hung up on. so disrespectful!

No communication with technicians Date: Aug 01 2023
Summary: It's like some Silicon Valley bro suggested "uber for home maintenance" with zero knowledge of how home maintenance works.They have a very nice website and contact form but zero ability to send the right people to fix problems.
Positive: The hold music I had to listen to was very nice, which is good because I heard it a lot. The website is also well designed, and likely where all their budget goes.
Negative: Keepe was contracted by my home warranty company to fix a clogged main line. The first plumber they sent didn't have the right tool for the job, so we rescheduled. However, Keepe did not tell the second plumber about the tool issue, so he also did not show up with the right tool. He also wasn't even a plumber, he was an HVAC guy who knew some plumbing, and in fact quit the job right after leaving my house. Absolutely ridiculous service.
