The world's very first blockDAG is a digital ledger that allows for parallel blocks and instant confirmation of transactions. It is built using a robust proof-of work engine with rapid block intervals of just one second. Kaspa is a completely open-source project with no central government, following the ethos that coins like Bitcoin, Litecoin or Monero follow. GHOSTDAG, unlike traditional blockchains does not orphan parallel blocks, but allows them to coexist, and order them in consensus.
