Summary: They reply with automation, answer the wrong question, and even call me by the wrong name. Total garbage.

Positive: Nothing.

Negative: Ok this Kalshi officially has the worst customer support ever. Only email (have sent 8 emails so far).

Summary: Great experience, really glad Kalshi exists. Would highly recommend traders use it to hedge their external positions (CPI prints, inflation, etc) or to be able simply take positions they can't anywhere else.

Positive: Kalshi is great - it lets me take positions based on my interests and preferences that I can't take on any other exchange. It's a great way to trade on my belief of certain market factors without taking unknown risks.

Negative: None really, besides some markets needing some additional liquidity

Summary: Overall, I've been enjoying my experience with Kalshi and would recommend it to anyone looking for an innovative trading platform.

Positive: Trading on the S&P and Nasdaq markets has been useful to generate daily income consistently. The strike prices are kinda similar to Iron Condor options, but easier to understand. The extended trading hours 7 days a week are sweet + the volume incentive program is pretty sick!

Negative: Small feedback: Support larger deposits and faster transactions.

Summary: Seamless integration, efficient trading experience, helpful support, customizable features make it a top choice.

Positive: Fast execution, low fees, user-friendly interface, real-time data, diverse assets, secure, reliable.

Negative: Limited API calls, steep learning curve, lack of order groups, occasional downtime, requires coding.

Summary: I have a great time on Kalshi, I've been using it for a while so I saw that they make constant improvements and will also improve on your recommendations all the time, seriously reach out and you'll see. If you have a view, now you get to trade your view on how the world is and how you think it'll change. Have fun!

Positive: Great clean interface. I really enjoyed browsing through the markets and learning about them. It's a pretty unique place to be honest because you are trading on events and their probability of happening. I used to work in finance and I would have killed to have had access to this when we were hedging our portfolio's or had strong macro views.

Negative: Downside is that there are too many great markets for me to trade at one time. Honestly, if you have a view on the world you will find it on Kalshi and then put your entire deposit into it and at least in my case, make some money. Issue is, you will in no time find another market you want to get in to.
