One thing that really stands out is the 24/7 support team — they respond fast and are genuinely helpful, which makes day-to-day operations much smoother. The platform also adapts well to different use cases, whether you're running academic courses or professional training programs.

Negative: At the moment, there’s no direct integration with Microsoft Teams, so live collaboration and virtual classes have to be handled outside the platform. It works, but having everything in one place would make the experience even better.

Positive: I love the flexibility to create SMM courses with customizable feedback, upload tasks including video files, and the new branding options. Hosting webinars and running sales funnels directly on Kwiga is very convenient.

Negative: I wish Kwiga had more advanced analytics and allowed native webinars without using YouTube.

Summary: Overall they have everything I need: LMS, lots of quizzes, reports and analytics, marketing tools. The have also flexible pricing that was somewhat complicated, but in the end turned out really flexible and easy.

Positive: I like how easy it is to work with Kwiga, how helpful their team is and how much it cost me per month. I worked with some other companies before and with Kwiga was amazed how smooth things can be.

Negative: I wish they finished workin on the mobile app and offer it as white label
