Summary: Not super impressed. I've wasted about a month with these guys. They are mainly resellers. there are better panels.

Positive: Been around for the longest time of any panel probably. They have a lot of different services available.

Negative: Some of the support agents (depending on who you're assigned to), will use a copy/paste reply and it can feel like you're dealing with a robot for weeks on end.

Summary: Very bad experience, poor support team, they scam me $20, i want my money back or they must refill my 40k member.

Positive: I ordered for telegram 15k and 25k members for different channels, of the 60 and 30 days refill guarantee package, it was delivered within 5 minutes and in the next 2 to 3 hours, the whole 15k and 25k members dropped to zero, which is very wrong, there is a guarantee that it will last for 60 and 30 days respectively and if there is any drop, the will refill it, but in just 3 hours all the 40k members together dropped, i have been asking the support team to address this issue and refill my member, they keep playing scam tricks on me, I'm beginning to believe what people are saying about JAB as scammer, they are only after your money not good service delivery. Be careful.

Summary: I strongly discourage using JustAnotherPanel for crypto payments. I sent 0.15+ LTC to the address they provided via Payeer, and although the transaction is fully confirmed and traceable on the blockchain, they insist they “never received it”. This is unacceptable. No one verified anything manually, and support gave me vague, unhelpful answers. I’ve used similar panels before and never had issues like this. My funds are gone, and they won’t help. Be careful — you may lose your money.

Positive: Their panel has many services and a clean interface. Prices are attractive at first glance. The setup is relatively quick and automated for most standard orders.

Negative: Support is extremely poor. I sent crypto payment via Payeer, they claim they never received it — but the TXID proves otherwise. They refused to manually verify the transaction and blamed the payment system, even though funds were clearly received in their wallet. I lost my money and got no service.
