    Summary: I highly recommend Journo Portfolio! I've heard from a lot of freelance writers who aren't satisfied with other platforms (Wix, Wordpress, etc.), but I haven't heard any complaints about JP. Many writers using these other platforms integrate JP into their sites, which is what I've done -- though now I'm wondering why I needed the other platform!

    Positive: I'm a freelance copywriter. Journo Portfolio has been extremely easy to use and customize. Support is wonderful; I often get a response immediately and never have to wait more than a day. I think I'm going to abandon my WordPress account and simply use all the features of Journo Portfolio's Pro plan, which includes a blog, a custom domain and a whole lot more.

    Negative: I haven't run into a downside. I'm a one-person shop so my needs are pretty stable.

    Summary: Regrettable.

    Positive: Simple, easy to update.

    Negative: Ignored consistently when I requested payment freeze (due to unexpected hardship due to near-fatal family emergency). Ignored consistently again when I got back on my feet a few months later. Got an immediate reply when I asked about new business from an alternative email address. I lost weeks of work including irreplaceable content. Recommend users back everything up. I'd happily have stayed for many more years had they taken the short amount of time required to pause my account.
