Professional and easy to use. Saves time. Date: Jun 10 2021
Summary: Wonderful. 10/10 recommended. Great for any home service industry. App gets 80-90% of day to day things done. Desktop version is also modified for mobile use as well so you can choose your device.
Positive: After switching to Jobber, I found I had my evenings free instead of having to go back and create quotes etc. the app and desktop versions are great for tracking everything and tie into quick books. I can schedule and assign / track jobs all through the software. Communications stay independent from my personal emails etc. customers always comment of fast and professional the online hub is to use. They can access the info on their own time and and we set up auto reminders and templates so everything is ready to go. Taking payment on site has also been great through credit card.
Negative: Obvious learning curve in the beginning to sit down and set everything up but customer service is available.

I wish there was more online storage through Jobber so I could attach more pics and video from every quote so I could reference it when I do the job weeks later. I’d like to keep it all online independent from my own phone storage etc. -

Summary: On top of this being a great software no matter if you are a large or small operation, Jobbers support team is worth the money in itself. With so much to do, Jobber has really helped with our workflow and allows us to get more time back!
Positive: We love that our customers have a client hub feature where they can access everything from quotes, invoices, have the ability to request additional work, and track everything real time.
Negative: With a lot of great features, Jobber was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Their success team helped us every step of the way!

Summary: As a Jobber Ambassador, I use it every single day in my business and I highly recommend it for all home service entrepreneurs. When I switched to Jobber 2+ years ago I was highly frustrated with the system I had been using for many years. I used to spend countless hours in the office doing quotes, scheduling jobs, sending invoices etc. Jobber reduced the overall time spent in my office each week drastically. It allows me to be free from the office to spend quality time with family and friends. I could go on and on about things I love about Jobber, but you just got to try it out for yourself! You won't be disappointed.
Positive: Jobber is very easy to use for the beginner. The mobile app gives the user the freedom to quote and invoice right away. I've found that quoting a job quickly while on the job-site sometimes leads to landing a job over the competition that may take a few days to get quotes submitted. Jobber also gets you paid faster via Jobber payments!
Negative: There aren't any cons that I can think of right now. I wish I had started using Jobber in 2017 when I first found out about it. That's all.

Summary: As a Jobber ambassador I am so happy to recommend this simple to use software. I tested out a number of CRM's but Jobber was the most easy to use and I wanted my team to buy in to using software. Jobber rocks and I am pleased to see them making innovations to make the software even better!
Positive: 1. Simplicity of Use - The easiest CRM that I tested on the market. Our team loves it.

3. Jobber Payments - Makes collecting $$ super easy.Negative: Reporting could be better as your business grows (Average job size, sales ratio, charge rates for crews etc.)

Positive: Jobber is doing big things for our business and our only regret is that we didn't apply this tool to our life sooner. The customer service has been OUTSTANDING! If the representative doesn't have the answer they will quickly find someone who does, they work together and it shows. We recommend Jobber for many reasons. #1 It was quickly integrated by our men in the field to access jobs, addresses, and critical information. Jobber saves me money and makes me more money. Date: May 19 2021
Summary: Jobber is able to save me a ton of money on administration costs. Tasks that used to be tedious and annoying, are now so easy to do and even automatic.
I love how easy it is to use Jobber and how the entire workflow works smoothly.
They are always helpful when I am looking for further help on things and the community they have built adds tons of value and guidance to entrepreneurs.Positive: - Easy to learn and easy to use.

Can't live without Jobber Date: May 19 2021
Summary: I don't know what I would do without this program. Not only the scheduling, invoicing, payment etc options but just to keep my team informed as to what needs to be done in the field. Our customers love the Client Hub as they can access information at any time.
Positive: It is one of the best softwares I have come across. We have been using it since 2015 and the program has evolved so much since then. I just call it my work bible. Accessible from anywhere so I can work remote if I have to.
Negative: Syncing with Quickbooks is at times challenging. I always have to be on top of my A/R.

Summary: We were able to rescue the best report tracking in the market, we were able to improve all the matching from the control panel and we were able to control every update to every customer. Our consultants feel confident using Jobber as it has everything we need.
Positive: It allows us to keep track of important job details from one place, Our customer and property information is paired with service items and notes so that our consultants have a clear idea of what needs to be done and we can meet our customers' needs. One thing our customers love is being able to have their own customer center where they can access everything, they love being able to enter and manage their own invoices and tracking, and doing all of that through their email, it really improved efficiency.
Negative: We started using the platform through its 14-day free trial, which seemed a very good option to use it for our company, at the time of purchase it was too high, it does not allow us to recover the information that has been accidentally deleted.

Summary: Good. If we did not rely on QuickBooks we would go with this solution. It is a fantastic app and the support is honest and helpful.
Positive: The UI is fantastic and easy to use.
This can be used as a standalone solution for a small business.
Customer support is top notch.
Lots of features.Negative: Integration with QuickBooks Online is not seamless, or 2 way. You have to manually sync to QB and adjust invoice numbers. That was a deal breaker for us.
