Very poor experience as a Jitterbit customer Date: Feb 06 2026
Summary: While our experience started out very promising, it ultimately ended with someone needing to monitor problems nearly 24/7, with no end in sight. Would not recommend choosing this option compared to the many other integration platforms available.
Positive: Price seemed reasonable compared to alternatives.
Syncs were able to be customized.
Professional Services delivered work on time.Negative: Syncs turned out to not be able to handle our capacity, and Professional Services told us that could not be improved.

Server agents would randomly run syncs twice, meaning we got duplicate transactions nearly daily.
Disabled syncs would sometimes turn themselves back on (weeks to months after being disabled) and run when not desired.
Support did not know how to address the server agent issues, and we ultimately had to leave the platform for lack of ability to use it without daily intervention to fix something.
