    Promising set- up but abysmal/non-existent customer service

    Summary: Worse website experience ever. I really wish I had gone with something else but I am stuck with them for the time being.

    Positive: Relatively easy to use with pre-existing design templates/website features. You can add as many pages as you want.

    Negative: I would reward them negative stars if I could. The site is relatively easy to create but the customer service is nonexistent. They require prior approval to add custom coding like a countdown and even at times a google map. The problem is the approval almost never happens. When I contacted them a year ago on some other issues, the response times was abysmal. These days, when I simply ask them to approve a code they don't even answer. It's been at least a month of no responses. I have never received such a lack of response from a business. They simply do not care. This, mind you, is the level of service for the premium package which I purchased (I don't have the free version; they no longer offer free versions). Imagine upgrading the price but not the service. I've seen similar reports from other customers about no one returning emails/inquiries. I will cancel as soon as I am able.
