    Summary: Overall, It provides a platform for great collaboration with external partners at different levels of projects. Very happy with the experience, easily recommendable!

    Positive: - Some useful features are - traceability and the updates are bi-directional.
    - There is consistency with team collaboration and operation with requirements.
    - It is very easy to share information and execute processes with Jama Connect.

    Negative: - There are not many negative aspects but the visibility and handling of requirements can be improved.
