It's in the Node Description

OKR stands for Objectives & Key Results. This goal-setting method allows each employee to add goals and/or initiatives to their work. Each person creates OKRs. These are often described as a "future desirable state" (objective). Then, they list the effects that will be needed to achieve that desired status (key results). OKRs are usually set every quarter and made public to the entire company. The OKR holder ("check-in") and other employees (as feedback) keep the OKR updated throughout the quarter. OKRs should be aspirational. They are well-suited for driving engagement and change in an organisation. Google describes OKRs as "imperative to success".
