Difficult system to use. Inaccurate Date: Dec 01 2023
Summary: We just switched over to this system at my company. The training was horrible and didn’t cover what was needed for my job function. I feel like this system is cutting corners on our workflow, and making our customer experience more generic and computer generated. I am not a fan. I am highly debating leaving my company that I have been at for four years because of this new software. It does not have correct deadline dates and very confusing to use.
Positive: Nothing. This system is hard to use and not well organized. he training was horrible and didn’t cover what was needed for my job function. I feel like this system is cutting corners on our workflow, and making our customer experience more generic and computer generated. I am not a fan. I am highly debating leaving my company that I have been at for four years because of this new software. It does not have correct deadline dates and very confusing to use.
Negative: There is nothing good about this software. It’s confusing and has a billion areas that need to be filled out with a character limit.
