Summary: I wish I never knew or met them. Anyone looking for a legitimate company to work with should stay very far away from them.

Positive: I have been trying to develop a customer retention program for my small business and needed a software program to achieving it. Surfed the Web and stumbled on INIFINITE MLM SOFTWARE and this company promised to offer me the software after payment.

I proceed in transferring the money via my Debit Card as agreed and they started asking for more money saying what I ordered isn't the agreed amount and asking me to pay TWICE the amount. I gave them time to do a refund and they bluntly refused.

Negative: Biggest Company Scam. They will keep asking for more money until you are tired and decide to leave them alone.

Summary: The overall experience is good as they really want to help customers to build up a working MLM system that really meets the customer needs.

Positive: The product pricing versus features is really good. They are always willing to resolve any issues and they work really hard to keep customers satisfied. The software has a lot of features and especially MLM software itself is on good level and well made product.

The team is professional and the organization is clearly built up for software development needs.

Negative: The requirements planning process in the beginning was way too light. Customer have to understand every feature throughout like the system test engineer in order to gain wanted functionality. A lot of misunderstandings could be avoided with better and more accurate planning. The software is already on live but there are still issues to be addressed.

The most software problems are related to the open source ecommerce part that could be better with wider range of good quality extensions.

Negative: Honestly, not so much to complain. Great product and fantastic team. The only thing that comes to my mind is lack of a manual for downloading to study all details and all features, Today they are solving my inquiries via a Zoom call and go through my questions step by step
