    Very heavy server resources usage

    Summary: I would only use it in some situations where no other options are available, keeping in mind that I need to remain very smart to manage to keep it from using all my server resources and protecting at the same time.

    Positive: It implements Google's Recaptcha without having to deal with API keys.

    Includes Kernelcare, that does a good job keep your kernel upgraded without rebooting the server.

    Negative: It's very buggy.

    It's not smart, instead, to use it and tweak it well enough to be protected you need to be very smart and understand this poorly documented (or not documented at all) configuration options that are not part of the GUI.

    They keep adding realtime checks for everything without considering server resources.

    Documentation is often not understandable as it's clearly just translated from Russian to English using Google Translator and not checked.

    Firewall/blocking not working, terrible customization, zero support

    Summary: Terrible UI - no useful customization, no access to auto blacklisting, all lists are broken and filters are non-functioning for years. Non-existent support and no useful data updates like country IP lists.

    Positive: Nothing as it does not block attacks the way it should. There is no customization beyond a kindergarten level yes-no type of setup.

    Negative: - not preventing smtp brute force attacks
    - just grey-listing even the worst attacks and no way to auto-blacklist
    - country blocks are outdated and don't get updated, thus massive attacks from China, Russia etc.
    - Literally ZERO support. There is a support request interface in the app, but that automatically goes to /dev/null. Pathetic.

    Summary: NOTHING should be this difficult to get working. this is literally a PLUGIN that shows up in WHM control panel. once the trial ends - forget it. license won't work and SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE. there is a reason i avoid companies that don't have live support numbers or at the very least live chat. what pisses me off the most is that i had to take time to leave this review. I HATE leaving negative reviews.

    If you have had a good experience with this product, great - but i cannot recommend it. pre-sales - HORRIBLE, tech-support - HORRIBLE. just stick with CSF and save yourself some headache. this CNET pos...

    Positive: Looked cool as a WHM plugin. interface seemed easy enough. during the trial it seemed to play well with csf.

    Negative: 1. Had presales questions and after a week NO ONE got back to me.
    2. Since no one got back to me i decided to buy a license. IT HAS BEEN A DISASTER EVER SINCE.
