Positive: IRS Software Solutions has become one of the most reliable tools in my tax resolution workflow. I use it daily because it’s fast, accurate, and incredibly easy to navigate. It streamlines my entire process, helps me access transcripts instantly, and allows me to resolve client cases quickly and efficiently. It truly boosts my productivity and supports the high level of service I provide to my clients.

Negative: Cons: Honestly, I don’t have any — I’m completely happy with the software.

Summary: Outstanding software. Great price. Customer service is fast, reliable, readily available. Great software for new & experienced tax resolution users.

Positive: Ease of use. Transcript compilation. Security. Pre-made letter templates. Easily customizable. Good work flow. Customer support is top notch.

Negative: E-signature not available for all letters*** this has been upgraded and is now available.

Summary: I was trying to use another software that pretty much required me to be a developer. This is easy to use

Positive: Easy to navigate, pull transcripts, summarize, preformatted forms. I can select what I need for the client and it pretty much guides me.

Negative: Not an inclusive workflow. There are some options similar but a full workflow would be great
I wish the user/assistant cost was not so high.

Negative: The biggest room for improvement would be to allow users the ability to prioritize different client.

Summary: Overall experience is nothing short of perfect!!! The software is great and easy to use. They provide free CE credits and training videos.

Positive: Everything is great. Even if I have tax resolution questions I can reach out to them for questions. They have always been able to assist.

Negative: There is nothing at all that we are unhappy with!!!

Summary: We used a different tax resolution software prior to IRS Solutions and have found it to be superior in ease of use and convenience.

Positive: IRS Solutions has been a valued partner for over 5 years. Their team is knowledgeable and customer service is excellent. The software is intuitive, easy to use and, most importantly, has all the forms and tools needed.

Negative: You have to return to the control panel to see what clients have notifications between reviewing the specifics. It's a minor issue, just a convenience thing.

Summary: I've use this product for over 8 years and the improvement over the years has been significant. The software is user friendly and robust.

Positive: Ease of use and excellent support. My client loves the ease of use also. Tech support is knowledgeable and available.

Negative: A mobile app version would be useful. Otherwise, I have no issue with this software

Summary: Excellent overall experience. I would like to see more marketing ideas and organic growth opportunities.

Positive: Ease of navigating through the software. Access to IRS data quickly. Moreover, able to see payments made, FTA opportunities, etc.

Negative: The letters located inside the letter library do not allow for paragraph alignment to be set to left, right, center, or justify.

Summary: I don't want to think about doing business in 2025 and beyond without being able to use this product. Even if resolution is not a large part of your business, there is still so much value in using it.

Name another product in your tech stack where you can talk with the owners? Where the owner listens to you, your business and your concerns and replies - we can help with that. My experience with other software has been, if I'm lucky, I get an account manager, and if I'm not, it is telephone tech support with a long wait.

That doesn't happen here. You get someone who will help you, and will do what they say. Said simply - they're great people and they've developed a great product.

Positive: It just works. From the transcripts module to the preformatted letters and the calculations that the software makes, it is designed to make a very complicated process understandable. You can rely on the information, it can streamline your client communications and the time necessary to resolve their IRS issues. The more efficient you are as a firm, the more profitable you become.

Negative: Nothing is perfect, and I'm sure there are things here, but truthfully, this is my go to software. This would be the last piece of software that I would cut out of my tech stack. It's that important. If there was an issue, and I can't think of one, it would get solved quickly. David and Suzanne are really responsive, and they care about their product and their clients.

The process of collecting client information to prepare the Collection Financial Standards is very intuitive and client-friendly, making it easy to generate accurate Forms 433-A, 433-B, and 433-F. In addition, the workflow for managing Collection Due Process (CDP) cases is well structured, helping professionals stay organized and compliant throughout the process.

In summary, IRS Solutions has become an essential part of my daily tax defense practice, combining functionality, precision, and ease of use in one powerful platform.

Negative: Honestly, none to report — everything works perfectly as expected.
