Summary: IQ Option app, the mobile app especially, whoever designed it deserves praise and maybe a bonus ;) really good overall UX, and they even include account management features in it

Positive: Pretty fast and simple onboarding procedure. Low deposit is required for real account. Various trading modes included

Negative: I think they can work more on the market range and add more instruments

Summary: All orders went through fine, charts were without glitches, and I didn’t get lost in the mobile app.

Positive: It’s actually good by the way. I was prepared for the worst, but IQ option has created a convenient mobile app. Chatting with the other guys, helps me get better in trading day by day.

Negative: There wasn’t enough educational content. Maybe adding live webinars or lessons would be nice.

Summary: I can't say for sure if the platform is good for a long term trading but definitely it's been a good experience so far to me - I' testing the app for just a few weeks. They do have good perks - so I'm gonna dive in more.

Positive: I like this thnings aboput the broker:

Negative: what I found annoying is their web-based platform - takes time to launch it (and I had fast internet) - gotta work on that

Summary: I started recently. Got here by recommendation. Used their apps - liked the experience of trading options, and think the desktop version is more comfortable because you know it's desktop;)
I also noticed the feature of historical quotes here - quite convenient to do a retrospective analysis, I guess it's more for experienced traders, and I'm still getting adjusted to the platform. I think out of all assets they offer- they focus on stocks and forex, the rest are present too, but the number of the first 2 categories is more inclusive. I'm doing stocks and usd/jpy (for this one spreads were very good).
Feels secure.

Positive: I liked how their support has welcomed me with detailed feedback on how to start, about the platform and what to expect overall while trading with them
Appreciated also both their windows-based and mobile apps - worked equally fine, but I preferred more desktop - a better feeling of control
And they have a good choice of stocks - I've taken some as my investing

Negative: They offer a free withdrawal only one time per month- i think it's kinda unfair, sometimes I can do more than one withdrawal - would be nice if they made at least 2 withdrawals free ...otherwise paying commissions can get annoying when doing withdrawals more than once

Summary: It’s my 8 month trading with this broker, and I really like it. I personally think that not only high profitability returns shaped my view, but mostly the trading platform, as I spend the most time trading on it and need comfort, which it delivers.

Positive: Their trading platform doesn’t look like any other… I mean I tried out metatrader and tradingview before, and they are completely different. But it’s a good thing imho, because they made sth unique that works better than those two. The interface is clean, and the charts are easy to trade on. Plus, the charting and trading experience feel way smoother than in MT to compare.

Negative: It’s very tough to say, as I pretty much liked everything. However, if I have to point out, then I would say a bit of a lack of features. Even though they have some unique ones like a good chatting system, it still feels like they need to add sth.

Summary: Regarding my experience, I’m totally satisfied with cooperation and I’m glad being a part of the IQ Option brokerage firm.

Positive: The trading platform exceeded all my expectations and I don’t know why I didn’t join them earlier. As soon as I opened the platform, it was easy peasy to navigate around there and I didn’t even use any guide instructions. The buttons are located in convenient places and there was nothing complicated about opening and closing margin trades. The same I can say about option trading, just pressing higher or lower and somehow I was able to make profits on trading Trumpcoin and Melania knowing these coins will drop hard sooner or later.

Negative: Tbh, I think features mostly are designed for experienced traders, it would be great if they add some more simple tools for those who are still learning the ropes like me.

Summary: IQ Option app is everything you need in one sleek package. You can trade all kinds of stuff, like FX, stocks, crypto right from your phone or desktop.
The app has a bunch of tools for analysis, like charts and indicators, so you feel like a pro even if you’re just starting. Trades execute smoothly, with no annoying lags. And if you get stuck, their customer support is just a click away.

Positive: Impressive list of CFDs on stock is my top thing about IQ Option. Besides, their trading alerts always keep me up to markets.

Negative: I would like to have MetaTrader application just for a change or comparison.

Negative: I did not like the support system that this platform has at all, since the customer support system does not offer real-time attention, you cannot talk to any type of agent to solve any problem live, in addition, through email, you have to wait a long time for your support ticket to be answered. Another thing that I did not like about this platform is the high consumption that it has within mobile devices and within computers, the platform is fully available within the browser, a downloadable version for computers and a version for mobile devices, I am not complaining about the availability that it has between devices, since it is currently available for most devices, but they must improve its consumption on the devices, it is a platform with very good graphics and a much higher quality, which means that not every user can use this platform correctly due to high consumption.
