    New IPFire user

    Date: Oct 11 2024

Summary: The feel is professional, performance is great and it has quite a lot of features. From the community forums and wiki docs you can find answers and examples to all common questions.

Positive: It's simple, fast and rock solid. I'm old school admin so I like that green-blue-orange-red ideology. Of course price/quality ratio is superior :)

Negative: Its one of a kind so there is a learning curve that you must walk trough before you can really use it.
WebUI isn't always so practical and sometimes menu stops responding to mouse but that can be passed simply reloading the page.

    Reliable and easy to install

    Date: Jun 13 2023

Summary: In a simple system capable of covering both home installations up to complex installations of large companies and with many clients.

Positive: Can't get any simpler than that.
The entire platform designed for safety.
And if a particular feature is not present, just look for it among the available addons.

Negative: Nothing negative, everything perfect from the assistance system provided by the very present and active community.
