    Very effective and robust LMS!

    Summary: As an ILIAS admin supporting customers for the 15 years, I've seen this LMS just get better and better. ILIAS is a fantastic solution for an organization; big or small.

    Positive: As an open source LMS, the level of customization for content, course creation and user permissions. Available objects for use in creating courses are quite abundant, including H5P and Interactive Video. Is SCORM compliant, and also has xAPI, LTI, cmi5, as well. Development community works hard to support its users.

    Negative: The only negative is that while the theme is responsive, there is no mobile view, which should not be a deterrent for using this LMS. There is a mobile app that can be integrated from another vendor for a fee. As an open source product, the community is looking for funding to make the mobile app directly.
