Sorry but Terrible Product! Date: Dec 09 2021
Summary: We've been using this for the past 4 years - it has left us with quite a few bricked Android phones unfortunately!
The release function is so bad that one slight mistake if you don't follow the exact system ends with a bricked phone! (in our case, quite a few)
Added to this their main bug over a year ago where their app wouldn't change password and needed a major bug update release from them also left us with 2 bricked phones
We now use inTune and it's so good - just a shame we did not move to inTune straight away!Positive: Nothing that i can think of. Seriously. We had an external company come in to set this up for us and I don't think it was set up properly as they seem to have set us up as personal device with a work profile when it should have been corporate owned fully managed.
Negative: Everything. application lags.
