    helpful tool to sync contacts across multiple cloud services

    Summary: Overall it is a perfect solution if you have a database on a service and want to replicate it, synchronizing it in a unique or one-to-one manner on another service.

    Positive: Piesync is great for synchronizing two cloud services. You can also customize the parameters based on which to synchronize the database and perform simple automations.

    Negative: it's a bit expensive for large databases.Having lots of contacts does not always mean having a lot of money.

    Summary: Great! Highly recommended. There is not a single product out there that can compete with what piesync does for us.

    Positive: Real automation and integration with all of our apps to push data the way we need to, and manage it's tagging and categorization/segmentation. Phenomenal customer support.

    Negative: Overall price can be a little hard to swallow at first, but it's honestly worth it.

    Positive: Easy peasy. - Set and forget - a few minutes to set up your rules and then it's done. Great support.

    Negative: Would be nice to sync i real time vs waiting every 5 minutes.

    Summary: Really enjoyed the fact it's easy to use and just works. It's straightforward and delivers what is needed.

    Positive: Simple and easy to use, setup in next to no time. The layout makes it easy to use and follow what is happening.

    Negative: There was not anything I found annoying, but I can see some getting into issues when trying to set up sync rules, an interactive section here would solve this.

    The Ultimate in 2-Way Syncing

    Summary: Overall, my experience has been positive. I've run into some issues recently with one of the platforms we keeping synced, but that's not the fault of PieSync. Great product for keeping data synced up. Just a few things they could fix to make the product even more streamlined (the team function, the login mechanism, quick support responses). Other than those things, it's a great product.

    Positive: PieSync keeps data between platforms synced seamlessly. Setup is pretty easy as well as navigating throughout the platform.

    Negative: Being added to a team by another user doesn't give you access to look at or work on their syncs, making the team function seem pretty pointless. The login using the verification code sent via email every time is annoying, should switch to a typical email/username and password login. Support can take quite a while sometimes. Have had same day responses which is nice, but have also waited 4-5 days for a response.
