Informative Date: Mar 14 2024
Summary: After learning more about potential scams, I've been able to teach my parents more tricks for identifying harmful emails and texts.
Positive: I was already pretty good at knowing what looks like a scam. After using Hoxhunt for so long, I'm able to almost instantly spot a potential scammer, not just with work, but on my personal email and my phone. I also love how it appears to be like a game with your personal stats shown after each email.
Negative: I have had trouble accessing the app to put in future days off. It seems I can only find it, if I happen to get a Hoxhunt email. I enjoy seeing the high percentages of catching the test, I've only missed one in 3 years due to an absence. Was sad to ruin my streak.

Hoxhunt is a great tool Date: Mar 14 2024
Summary: Overall the tool is great. I like the e-mail design, especially in the spicy mode. I also like the way that you can report phish - it's so easy, just with one click from the Outlook client. I'm really happy that my company uses this tool.
Positive: I like the option to gather points for finding malicious e-mail. Shield as a milestone to show, how well you perform compared to others is great. Can't wait to get the last one!
Negative: In fact I didn't find anything that I wouldn't like. Maybe reducing the number of points between each shield would be more motivating?

Fun way of keeping secure your personal cyberspace Date: Mar 14 2024
Summary: Overall Hoxhunt is a fun way to engage employees with cyber security topics and raise attention of all the phishing and malwares that a corporate employee can face during their daily work.
Positive: My company uses Hoxhunt to train employees on cyber threats in a game-like light-hearted manner with challenges and achievements. Hoxhunt has an intuitive UI accompanied by engaging content on multiple levels of difficulty, keeping people on their toes regardless of someone being a rookie or a seasoned expert.
Negative: A point of improvement could be having multiple languages, if someone works in a mixed-language environment, sometimes it's too easy to spot an English training email.

Amazing training product for anti-phishing Date: Mar 14 2024
Summary: Overall I think it is a very interesting product for companies that want to expand the cybersecurity knowledge of their employees. With a gamification style, it creates that sense of awareness in the employee and the desire to detect new malicious emails. The app format makes it very interesting, rather than a typical training where you lose the employee's attention.
Positive: Hoxhunt has a fairly intuitive and simple interface for less advanced users. Gamified applications, where training is seen as a game, tend to encourage higher usage and user retention. This is the case with Hoxhunt! The presence of a ranking and levels, makes the user want to discover more phishing emails, and creates an atmosphere of healthy competition.
Negative: At least in my organization, Hoxhunt was not present from the beginning in the new Outlook. This made it inconvenient to have to access the old Outlook every time a phishing training email arrived.

Another important issue is that the employee should be given context on how the tool works and the objective; if he/she starts receiving phishing training emails without prior context, he/she may think that he/she is a victim of a cyber-attack. -

Review for Improvement Date: Mar 14 2024
Summary: Good
In an overall assessment, Hoxhunt offers significant benefits in bolstering email security and raising employee awareness of phishing threats. However, it also comes with some potential drawbacks that organizations should carefully consider.
The platform's real-time training, user-friendly interface, customization options, and integration capabilities are valuable advantages. They contribute to enhancing security posture, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Nevertheless, organizations need to weigh these benefits against potential costs, false positives, training overload, and technical issues. There's also a risk of dependency on Hoxhunt, privacy concerns, and resistance to change among employees.
Ultimately, the decision to implement Hoxhunt should be based on a thorough evaluation of its features, costs, and potential impact on organizational security and productivity. Organizations should also consider complementing Hoxhunt with other cybersecurity measures to create a comprehensive defense against email-based threatsPositive: The Training given was so good
1. **Enhanced Security:** Hoxhunt provides an additional layer of security against email-based threats such as phishing, spear-phishing, and other malicious attacks.
2. **User-Friendly Interface:** Hoxhunt offers a user-friendly interface, making it easy for both employees and administrators to navigate and utilize the platform effectively.
3. **Real-Time Training:** It provides real-time training to employees by simulating phishing attacks, helping them recognize and respond to potential threats better.
4. **Customization:** The platform allows for customization of training modules and campaigns to suit the specific needs and risk profiles of different organizations.

1. **Cost:** Implementing Hoxhunt may incur additional costs, especially for organizations with tight budgets or those already investing heavily in other security measures.
2. **False Positives:** Like any security system, Hoxhunt may generate false positives, flagging legitimate emails as potential threats, which could lead to frustration and disruption in communication workflows.
3. **Training Overload:** Continuous training through simulated phishing attacks could potentially overwhelm employees, leading to decreased productivity or resistance to participating in training exercises.
4. **Limited Effectiveness:** While Hoxhunt aims to improve employee awareness and reduce the risk of successful phishing attacks, it may not completely eliminate the threat or address all cybersecurity vulnerabilities within an organization. -
