Negative: I have used Hostinger to access quality business emails that help me maintain my integrity as a company, my experience with business emails has been quite good and I have not had any complications when sending or receiving emails, I receive all emails instantly, but one of the problems that I have presented were:

- Hostinger support is really lousy. I have had several doubts to learn how to use work emails for the first time and I have accessed Hostinger's live chat. A box appears where it says that support is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week but it is not true, it took more than 8 hours to answer my question and I got tired of waiting, I had to receive the answer in my email. The support is really bad, they take a long time to respond even though when I wrote the question, it was on a business day and it was early. I hope they can improve customer service, it's the only thing they need to improve.

Summary: My experience with them is very positive. They promise to respond with 30 minutes and they keep that promise.

Hosting has not gone down yet.

I set up a school with Hostinger and installed Moodle. They are happy and all is working fine for them.

Positive: The web hosting is easy to setup and use and is pretty fast and reliable. Best of all it is crazy cheap compared to others.

Can install a host of different plug-ins, and it is quite easy to manage with hpanel. Upgrading to cpanel is an extra cost.

Email is fast and easy to connect to. But it has very limited management options.

Negative: Their email service can only deliver directly to recipient mx servers and receive directly from mx servers. There is no smarthost option if that is something that you might want to do.

There is no dashboard where you can check your email activity and health.
