They actually stole from me Date: Jan 05 2026
Summary: These people are crooks. I've been with them for years and due to increased costs and the difficulty of using their authentication system which often resulted in my being locked out of my account, I decided not to renew. They went and charged another card of mine (one I hadn't authorized) and stole $113.25 from me. I will be notifying my bank of the fraudulent charge. Avoid this company.
Positive: Nothing. Their service has gotten progressively worse. I don't have anything good to say about them.
Negative: Hard to use. Dishonest employees. Their service has gotten progressively worse.

As Nathan stated, we can not cancel services via a support ticket. You will need to submit a cancellation request from your account.
Unfortunately, we can't make any exceptions according to our security policies and terms of service.
