    Terrible Customer Relations

    Summary: This company has moral and ethical issues in question. I recommend choosing another SAAS. Their product is average at best with many other options in the market. Considering what they're willing to do to a startup like mine I wouldn't trust a word or promise they make. These kind of business practices are despicable but they seem to be proud of their actions. Their emails show no regard for common decency or genuine customer care.

    Positive: Good idea for a new market. Their sales team doesn't communicate well and will say what they need to get you to sign up.

    Negative: There is NO way to cancel even if you don't use it. I cancelled on day 1 of implementation because I found out they don't have the functionality I was sold but offered an insufficient work around. After cancelling via email I didn't hear from their sales rep for weeks. But when he got back he informed me that they would not cancel the agreement. Even though I didn't use the software for a week they are still sending me to collections for $10k. I'm a self funded start up company. This could ruin my business. They don't care.
