HireQuotient Description

Chatbot-powered skill assessments based on real work situations. Candidates are asked structured questions and then rated. Get insight into each candidate's business skills and job-specific abilities. Strategy and management consultants excel at applying problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills to a variety of business problems. We reimagine the traditional case interview for you in the metaverse. This allows you to run large recruitment campaigns without spending hundreds of hours on interviews. We screen candidates for essential skills to ensure that you don't waste another interview. Management associates will not need to have specific functional skills for a particular job. They will need to be able to adapt to other roles within the organization. These skills are tested by senior management consultants, so candidates can showcase their talents.

Avoid this company at all costs.

    Date: Jan 13 2025

Summary: Overall, the product is essentially useless, and the company seems more concerned with collecting payment than providing customer support or maintaining a good reputation. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
This product is a complete waste of time and money. It essentially just crawls LinkedIn and burns through your InMail allotment without delivering any real results. Despite going through a pilot program and having weekly calls with their customer success team, I never found a single viable candidate. Most of the contact information they provide is outdated or flat-out wrong.
To make matters worse, the pilot contract automatically converts to a full subscription unless you give 7 days' notice to cancel. I missed the 7-day window, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to let me cancel or refund my money. It’s been MONTHS and I haven’t heard a word from anyone.
This company clearly cares more about taking your $9,000 than actually delivering value or providing any customer support. Their product is useless, and their reputation for customer service is non-existent.

Positive: The theory of the AI generated sourcing was very intriguing
Charles Daniel is a nice guy stuck in a horrible company.

Negative: Does not have any of the sourcing capabilities it claims
    uses your Linkedin credits.
    Customer service non existent.
