Summary: Overall, our experience has been extremely poor and we do not want to use them any more. We are stuck in a contract however so we can t leave. Poor software, team don’t talk so contracts and billing are incorrect. Very much a company focused on revenue and not customer-centric at all. Do your homework before committing

Summary: Go elsewhere. Anywhere. Hell an EFTPOS machine and a spreadsheet would be better.
If we didn't have to use it for our franchise I would have ditched it 10 seconds into the contractPositive: Nothing. Every system within Hapana takes 5 steps when it should take 2.
There is no intuitiveness to anything.Negative: Right from the migration there was nothing but issues.

We are nearly 3 months post go live and our system is still essentially useless.
Support from the company is condescending and dismissive.
They couldn't even get their own contracts done correctly that's how much of a failure Hapana is. -

Summary: Rip off, I would be less inclined to write this but the support I received in optimising the app has been close to nil and always bouncing around the issue.
Positive: Absolutely nothing on the Hapana app is seamless. I can't say there is anything that blows me away, but it does get the bare minimum done.
Negative: Not user friendly, lags, setting schedule sometimes bugs and clients unable to book, sometime payments switch to cash without notification, horrible support, reporting inaccurate, payment gateway extortionate.
