Summary: All day today, my account all of a sudden wasn’t working properly. My profile picture wasn’t showing up, images were not uploading and my login was giving me strange errors, but when I heard back from the support team on these errors, they were saying my account may have violated guidelines because I was restricted from generating content. I clearly know the rules and standards so I don’t know where that came from. This was their exact response on the official Discord when I was expressing frustration with the issues I was dealing with all day today:

“Abnormal activities are usually related to the following situations:
• Multiple users sharing an account
• The use of automated scripts
• Frequent abnormal behaviors
As a result, your account has been temporarily restricted from generating content. The primary warning will be lifted at 00:00 UTC the next day.
However, frequent violations may lead to permanent deactivation of your account.
Thank you for your understanding.”

I don’t have multiple people sharing my account nor do I use automated scripts and abnormal activities that violate the guidelines (I don’t even know what the heck automated scripts are, I’m new to the whole AI generation thing). This response was very dismissive of my frustrations that it lead me to delete my Hailuo AI account and stop using the service all together. There needs to be a better support team when someone is frustrated from encountering abnormal errors and login issues. It’s too bad because the AI model itself was awesome but the support team wasn’t very understanding with my frustrations.

Positive: Had great AI model generations, and I was able to generate myself as a character for multiple scenes.

Negative: Sometimes text to video doesn’t generate what I want or generates something way off the prompt.
