Allocation management for Housing and Development Suite of Systems. The HDS Funds Management System allows agencies to track, report, and disburse all agency funds, regardless of source type, federal or non-federal. This system can be integrated into the HDS Multifamily, Single Family, and IDIS Systems. It also provides a direct interface module into the HUD IDIS System. This allows for budgeting for programs and projects. FM Allocation allows agencies to allocate and sub-allocate program funding based upon source and year. The agency can view different views of how funds are allocated based on specific funds setups within Allocation. Project & Activity Tracking allows agencies to track all activity and project details related to grant programs. The module includes a variety of management and workflow tools, as well as Stages and Outcome Training and Detail Training of Programs such as CDBG, CDBG–R, NSP and HOME, HOPWA and ESG, TCAP and HPRP.
