Summary: Excellent. I have used this product since mid-summer and I am very satisfied. the support staff has been incredibly responsive to my concerns.

Positive: This product is incredibly easy to deploy and provides and easy to use interface for tenant monitoring.

Negative: Aside from issues formatting some prospect reports...I really don't have any cons. The support team has been very responsive to my needs.

Summary: As an MSSP now focused on a fully managed service for small businesses, we did a thorough review of vendors and have partnered with Guardz to bring the level of protection we seek for our valued customers.

Positive: Email security, cloud data protection, external footprint, endpoint protection, security awareness training, phishing simulation and risk assessment. The team has been very supportive for our mutual success.

Negative: None at this time, they continue to add additional features and continue to impress us. This is what a great partnership looks like.

Cyber Awareness training and testing campaigns.
Fast Reliable.

Negative: No advanced features such as DNS Filtering and Automated Pen Testing.

Summary: Guardz not only offers everything that we need to better keep our clients and customer protected, but what really sets them apart is their Prospecting Reports and their exceptional support team. Their prompt responsiveness and extensive knowledge have been invaluable in addressing any concerns and providing timely assistance whenever needed. Also having everything managed from one central place simplifies our cybersecurity operations, saving us time and effort. It has become an indispensable tool in fortifying our security posture and providing peace of mind. We would highly recommend Guardz to other MSPs looking for a reliable and comprehensive cybersecurity solution.

Positive: Guardz Cybersecurity platform, and it has surpassed our expectations. The ease of setup allowed for a seamless integration into our existing infrastructure.
