Summary: I am the Director of Membership for my Association, so the AMS system is a major part of my daily responsibilities.

Since our transition to GrowthZone earlier this year, my job has been made a whole lot easier! GrowthZone has saved me a great deal of time and headache with its easy to facilitate, automated processes for adding new members, creating invoices, generating email blasts, and more. I am able to easily track membership data, create and save reports, update member contact information, and perform all other AMS related duties far more efficiently than ever before.

I highly, highly, recommend GrowthZone to any Association looking for a change. You will NOT be disappointed!

Positive: Incredibly easy to navigate, excellent automated systems for dues billing and membership processing, well-designed user interface, quick response of support staff, extensive database of training resources.

Negative: Reports/report filters could be a little more specific (can be difficult to determine what report to use to find specific information).

Summary: We've definitely upgraded over our past software and the training modules and help from the staff was tremendous. We had a price increase and a gateway fee added onto our bill in the first few months, which was irritating.

Positive: - Generally easy interface
- Produces high quality reports
- Much better than the other programs I've used

Negative: - Adding photos is sometimes a little clunky and saving them from inside the content addition screen is a non-starter.
- Wish you could do more from the mobile app at times.

Summary: As a not for profit, we appreciate the reasonable pricing of this product. We are paying slightly less and getting so much more! I wish we found GrowthZone years ago.

Positive: For 20 years our association was using an old program to manage our customer information and memberships. We made the switch to GrowthZone in July 2022 and we have been so happy! The conversion /training process was well planned and issues were resolved quickly. The software allows us to easily update and manage our customer records and membership programs. Billing our customers and receiving online payments is very simple. We love the easy to use registration integration for our events and we have also been happy with the built in email platform.

Negative: We did have a few questions for support that took a while to resolve but most times we can use the chat feature and get questions answered quickly. We are using the Email feature to send bulk emails to our contacts. We wish there was more analytics available.

Summary: GrowthZone is an astonishing software made to help you run your Chamber efficiently! All features are thought to ease up your daily tasks: billing, accounting, membership management, etc… Whether you run a small rural Chamber or a big urban Chamber, the onboarding team will adapt to your situation.

Positive: We like that every feature that comes with GrowthZone are adapted for your Chamber. I was flabbergasted when I heard about the membership management & the automatic billing tools! It is definitely a time & money saver for us. The time dedicated to make the memberships' renewal monthly was undoubtedly a waste of time. Now, our accountant can concentrate on a more valuable task to make sure we are on top with our money.

Negative: There are no cons on our end! This software is a game-changer for any Chambers still using Excel sheets or paper.
