Summary: Overall, GroupTogether has saved us a lot of administrative work and has become our go-to solution for employee farewells and celebrations. I’d happily recommend it to other teams looking for an easy way to organize group gifts and messages.

Positive: The biggest strength of the platform is how simple it makes coordinating a group gift. Instead of chasing people for contributions or collecting messages manually, everything is handled in one place. The virtual card is easy for everyone to sign, adding photos is straightforward, and scheduling the card to be delivered automatically made the entire process stress-free. We also appreciated the wide selection of gift options and the ability to personalize the experience.

The platform is intuitive enough that we were able to set up a collection in just a few minutes, even with contributors from different teams. Communication throughout the process was clear, and the recipient had a great experience.

Negative: One area that could be improved is the customization of the card itself. While the templates look nice, having a few more layout and branding options would make it feel even more personal for company events. It would also be helpful to have a slightly more streamlined way to remind contributors who haven’t signed the card yet.
