Groundwork1 Description

Groundwork1 is a simple learning management system that can also be used to onboard new employees. All training content is sent via email. No logins are required. This makes it easier for your team to access the training and makes them more likely to complete it.

Each lesson is completed by your teammates in the same way that they would read their favorite email newsletter, within their own inbox. You can include text and images in your lesson content, as well as interactive links such as videos, downloads and checkboxes.

Team members can click on interactive links in emails to access professional-branded lesson landing pages. They don't need to login to access the pages. These pages allow them to view videos, download files, and complete other tasks.

The lesson designer allows you, the training manager, to drag and drop content in the order that best suits your team's learning needs. You can either split the lesson into multiple emails or send it all at once.
