Summary: Although it's early days for us with GreatLab, I'm thrilled with how it's looking. I researched a lot of options before picking this company and am confident it was the correct decision. Excited for the future!

Positive: Many features, fluid workflow and a true modern LMS. Absolute game changer and the future for dental labs. Support team are also amazing, especially Hannah and Bailey who are always eager to help you out.

Negative: Some features still need adding, (such as more integrations and perhaps better support tools for clients). Some areas of the software, like workbench, could be easier to use for those less computer confident.

Summary: 10/10 could not be happier, it is a unique opportunity to increase production from your team & increase transparency with your clients.

Positive: The software is incredibly fast, customizable and the team listens extremely well. This is our 4th Software and it will be our last!

Negative: None. We have had almost bad "luck" per say with prior software, this one is a gift that fell in our laps.

Summary: We were hesitant over a few different options for lab management software but I must say we are incredibly pleased we chose GreatLab.
I spoke to Seth initially and we thought he was really honest and helpful.
In terms of lab management software it’s got everything you could imagine.
The onboarding process was incredibly easy, and transferring our old system over was a breeze.

Negative: No mobile app support. It would be nice to have an iOS app.

Summary: I have enjoyed using the system, as with any change it takes time but the team have been great. The system is very user friendly and not over complicated, but also has lots of features that you can customize.

Positive: Flexibility of options, Easy to use, workflows work extremely well.
Lots of features. And you do not have to use them all, we can customize to our requirements.
The team at GreatLabs are great to work with.

Negative: No concerns, as the team are on hand to help when needed.

Summary: It is an evolving product which will prove invaluable to the smooth running of a dental lab. The new features that are due soon will massively improve our utilisation in the lab.

Positive: The functionality is improving weekly, much work is going on behind the scenes to provide solutions to laboratories who all have individual quirks and ways of operating.

Negative: It is difficult trying to adjust my mind to using a different system having used an alternative product for over 24 years!
