Summary: Google Chat is a fairly complete software but it still needs some things to be optimized. In our company we have been using it for approximately 1 year, and the results have been satisfactory, we have been able to communicate with all our colleagues within the company through normal messaging or RCS messaging in Google Chat. We are very grateful for the results that it has allowed us to achieve, since we have been able to create different chat channels for some work teams, this helps everyone to be organized in work teams and not be interrupted in their work days.

Additionally, Google Chat has helped us stay as collaborative as possible, as we've been sharing important content through chat channels without any limitations.

Positive: Google Chat is a fairly complete communication service that helps keep all kinds of people or work entities in touch. In our company, we have implemented Google Chat in all structures and work sectors, in order to obtain direct communication with all the participants of the various sectors. I really like that Google Chat allows me to send images and videos in high quality, it's not like other communication services that limit the weight of the file a little to make it easy to send but at the same time lower the quality, Google Chat maintains the same quality and compresses the file a bit before it is sent from a chat channel. I also like that I can know exactly which people have read the messages sent in a chat channel, when I send a message I can know who has received it and who has read it, this is important because it helps me know who has received the message. information correctly. I love the design of Google Chat, despite being a fairly basic design and with normal colors, this helps make the comfort even greater.

Negative: One of the main things I don't like about Google Chat is that it is a service that requires you to have an excellent internet connection so that all kinds of files or images can be sent. If I try to send a video through this chat and the internet connection goes down, the sending is cancelled, and I think that the video should continue to upload when the internet connection returns, not that it is cancelled. In addition, I also do not like that Google Chat has errors when recording voice notes, when I have tried to record voice notes, the recording is cut off and does not send correctly, which has forced me to record voice notes from my device and send them manually.

Summary: Overall experience is average. It is an easy way to talk to our clients/colleagues in the office. It is also trustworthy application.

Positive: Pros are as follows:

- Excellent video quality and easy document sharing.
- Allow for multiple users to join a video conference.

Negative: Cons are as follows:
- It won't work well if you had a bad Internet connection.
- Video/voice call recording feature is absent.
- The mobile app doesn't always give the same experience as the desktop version.

Summary: My expertise with Google Chat has been great and I use it to communicate via video and audio calls.

Positive: It eases task management since teams are able to collaborate on the communication channels created on Google Chat.

Negative: It is an outdated software with weak web conferencing platform.
