    I can't get my money back

    Summary: Disappointed in this service, lost time by trying to contact them. And probably money too :( I hope that they will help, and improve their reputation though.

    Positive: Easy to use, they update plugin once in 6 months may be, and it seemed to work fairly well for a few years.

    Negative: Zero support, they never answer emails. My balance is almost 0.02 btc, they claim to withdraw when it's over 0.01, but i can't get my $ back. Box ID 39081.
