Positive: As someone juggling a 9-to-5 office job and running a side hustle as a content creator, I rely on AI tools a lot.Before I found GlobalGPT, I was literally hopping between 5+ platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Veo, and a few random tools I found on Twitter. The worst part? They all wanted me to upgrade to Pro. $20 here, $30 there… it really added up.
GlobalGPT replaced like 5 tools for me, and I now pay for just one thing, and I don’t need to open many tabs anymore.

Negative: I want a mobile version of the content, because sometimes my computer is not around, I need to use my mobile phone to deal with my related work, so at this time I hope to produce another version of the app that can be used on the mobile phone.

Summary: If you often work with both images and videos—whether you're teaching, creating content, or just making something fun, GlobalGPT is honestly one of the most useful tools I’ve used, highly recommend.

Positive: I'm a teacher and a yearly subscriber to GlobalGPT. I use Midjourney and GPT pretty heavily to prep for my classes. I noticed they launched a new version, and the upgrade is seriously impressive. A few things I really like:

1. They've pulled together pretty much all the AI tools for writing, image creation, and video, and there's even a “user rating” feature now. That’s been a game changer for me, since I used to struggle with knowing which model to use in different situations. (I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one)

2. I really like the new design, it's nice and clean!

3. Google Veo 3 is incredible! Hands down the best video tool I’ve tried so far!

Negative: 1. I really wish there was a dark mode, my eyes are begging for it lol.

Summary: I would venture to say that there are a lot of features available under one big roof, but what good is it if there is no customer support when there is a problem in the system?

Positive: The Chats do work, most of them. The price is right, if they were consistent with their credits. There are a lot of options.

Negative: They have a "Contact Us" link in your settings menu that does nothing. There is literally no customer support to be found. I paid for 10000 credits and then a few hours later told I had run out of credits. I DON'T THINK SO!!! And now I can't resolve the situation because there is no way of contacting them!! Stay clear of this scammy company!!

Summary: My Honest Experience with GlobalGPT – Please Read Before You Buy

I’ve been trying to use GlobalGPT for the last 4 days, and I honestly feel really disappointed. I had high hopes — I bought the plan to generate images for an important project, but nothing has worked the way it should.

Every time I enter a prompt to generate an image, the progress bar just stays stuck at 0%. It says, “Please wait patiently” — so I waited… and waited… only for it to finally say “request timed out.” Not once or twice — this kept happening again and again.

The most frustrating part? There’s literally no support. After buying the subscription, I tried to find help — I searched their website, looked on Google, even checked ChatGPT and Perplexity to see if there’s any kind of customer support or contact info. Nothing. No one to reach out to. It feels like once you pay, you’re on your own.

Because of all this, my project got delayed by several days — and it’s honestly been a stressful experience.

I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same. I really hope they fix these issues and start offering proper support. But right now, I can’t recommend GlobalGPT to anyone who needs reliable tools and timely results.

Positive: The only real “pro” is that the platform looks promising on the surface. The UI is clean and the idea of having multiple AI tools in one place sounds great — in theory. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Nothing actually worked for me, and all the features that seemed exciting turned out to be unusable due to errors, timeouts, and no customer support. So while it may seem like a useful tool, it’s just not ready for serious or time-sensitive work right now.

Negative: Most of the tools doesn't work. i have been trying to generate images from last 4 days. my project got delayed due to this. it does not provide you with same interface and features. after you have bought it there's no one to answer your queries. i couldn't find any customer support either on their page or on google. not even on chat GPT or perplexity.
